The creation and evolution of All Around Atlanta Catering is quite a story in and of itself. William Beadle (Bill) started in the restaurant business at 12 years old.

"I worked for ten years at my first job from 7th grade all the way through college in an upscale Italian restaurant, so my roots food service started by making everything from scratch; Lasagna using hand rolled pasta sheets, other Pastas, Italian Sausage and Meatballs, marinara sauce, alfredo sauce, pesto suace, you name it, we did it all from scratch. The only pasta we did not make fresh from semolina flour, eggs and salt was capellini (angel hair pasta). After college, I bought my first Italian restaurant at 22 years old from my first employer."

Over the course of the last 38 years, Bill has opened and sold 10 restaurants, one mexican concept and the rest being all Italian concepts. Bill, known by many of his friends and business associates by names ranging from "BBQ Billy" to "Bomba" to "Wild Bill" to "Beadle", currently owns and operates Beetles BBQ which has two locations in Woodstock, Georgia. -- "I have created All Around Atlanta Catering from my vast experiences as both a restaurateur as well as my 25 plus years expeience in the food service industry on both the wholesale and operational sides of the restaurant industry. Our All Around Atlanta Catering menu thus focuses on Mexican, Italian and Barbecue but we also do an incredible job on our Americana fare offerings including Award Winning Hot Wings, Breakfast, Soups and Salads."
